Default GS 650 rear caliper rebuild

Alright me again, spamming the board with questions cause I canít find exactly what I need.

for the pistons on the rear calipers, is the only way to get the pistons out is using two screw drivers to try and pry them out? BikeCliffs manual describes a way for a braking system that works, but mine has no pressure and is completely disassembled. (http://members.dslextreme.com/users/...r_overhaul.pdf)

im considering just leaving the pistons in and soaking everything in brake cleaner then putting new seals on, but I feel like that might just cause issues especially if the pistons are seized.

any and all recommendations are accepted.

Compressed air or grease injection pump work well

I tried the air and found I still needed to pry them out after so long. But be sure to use rags around the piston when you do so as not to scratch anything
