    BC Deepfreeze!

    Wow...coldest I have ever seen it here since moving here 17 years ago.
    Actually colder here than where I grew up in Ontario lol...
    -7 and snow.. shovelled the driveway four times...more than usually three years...lol

    Mt Baker in Washington looks beautiful...

              Lol...you are right....it's the same hip but I got the pins out Dec 09....My neighbor and his wife actually came over and shovelled my driveway this morning...."you should not be doing this"! Very nice of them but I actually enjoy doing it....relaxing.

                              I've been hearing 17f yesterday and today for Portland and Seattle. What caught my attention was 'new record low.' Wow. That is definitely warmer than New York.

                              Watch, warning, advisory? What the frig is wrong with those weather people? We're supposed to know which is worse without thinking? It took me about five seconds to think of at least one better set of descriptives. Cold, colder, coldest.

                              I would guess watch, advisory and warning, in ascending order of severity. They used to tell us wind chill in winter, and heat index in summer. Now it's "dew point." What the frig is wrong with those people?

                              2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.
