You’re best bet is to search EBay for other 850 tanks

No such thing as a new tank. Well, maybe a 2 gallon gas can with you adding some fittings.

Other Note: You may see that one hole there that can see from outside, but are probably many other places on inside that are almost through to outside.

A salvage tanks is about you only choice. Salvage yards or ebay.

Keep in mind that the mounting of the tanks changed in 82, so you need an 80 or 81 (maybe 79 okay, I dont know).
Need an 850G tank, not an L nor GL.

79 and 80 standard tanks interchange.

Looks like there's one on ebay.

There's also one in my living room, LOL. This one is in beter shape too. Maybe we can help each other out here, BlackThunder. I'm sure my wife would appreciate me getting this outta here.

Good to know. Let me see if I can set the album to public or something. I think that worked, try this. https://photos.app.goo.gl/uuH5PXq2spGCnwvF9

[QUOTE=RustyTank;2643640]This is what we get when clicking your google photos link Burque. I think there's a setting on your end you need to change in order to share photos.

Yup, that did it. I'll go ahead and delete my post concerning that.

Good advice, I found a nos tank on Ebay less than 2 years ago. It was in Finland.

I have '80 GS850g one that has been smoothed over & painted, cracked & paint rippled. No rust, the inside is better than junkyard condition. If anyone is looking.
