Hey all, Some of you remember my questionnaire post, regarding carbs, or head swaps, or yoshimura pistons. To those members who helped, Thank you sincerely.

I wanted to post up the current state of the project. Ill keep the words short on here, just know that I found the original bike on craigslist for 180 bucks, and dove into the most amazing experience of my young life.

And my living room =D =D 24 at a Bachelor pad. Why would I need couches when I have a motorcycle in there...?

Ghost Pearl Effect Logos. In person its an awesome thing to see, on camera its so faint its hard to get ahold of. But at shows I love wattching people lean in 1 foot away from my tank to figure out what it says. Always a cool trick.

This is Robs Amazing Oil Cooler adapter. He was in NY when he made this by hand, it has never leaked once, never not worked and has lowered the engine oil temp immensly. amazing kit. Well worth it for anybody who needs to save theyre internals.

After I found the yoshimura pistons in an old GS750 engine I bought for 40 bucks and a xbox off craigslist, I donated the other 850 pistons rings and jugs to a buddy!

My helper! When Coating cylinders with oil, check for thing black hairs. Rings dont like them...

Swingarm Nightmare I remember that week of bull****

And this is How it all began. With this turd.

3 Frames, 2 Engines, 6 Wheels, 4 gasket sets (So Far) 1 Helicoil
and 3,500 miles and 1.5 years of blissful happiness. What a ride.

When I started this project I knew nothing about bikes, and had never rode before. Not even a dirtbike. I have alot of expierence with cars and car engines, but nothing is as free as riding. I got my temps before I finished the bike, and an arai.

This bike has been in a few shows, been to a few new places, helped me meet some badass new people, and has led me one step closer to the man I want to be. The process of building a motorcyle from scratch is hard. Very very hard. If I had to do it again, I would find a more functional donor to begin with. But thats yesterday, and yesterdays history. I loved it. I still work on it almost every night. My gf deals with it, my friends help out (And now I help them with their bikes too!) and I think I finally made my Dad proud (Debatable... =P).

Wow, that's a very nice build. Cafe isn't my style, but I appreciate the fine work you've put into it. And I do like me a white bike. Thanks for sharing your photos and story.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. Yes riverside is the riding paradise. Midnight the cops are still out but only for a half hour or so. Pm me and we can ride sometime!
