I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. Returning Visitors
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

The Triumph forks, fender, headlight, gauges, etc. are broken way beyond repair.
'93 Suzuki GSX1100G forks and wheel on it in those pic's.
I have all of the other parts, less fairing, and a factory service manual.
He didn't have the bags on the back when he went down so they are still perfect.
Busy trying to get it running right now.
I might end up putting this engine in a Suzuki frame or fixing this one up most of the way with some Suzuki parts.
Depends on what I find.

Most of the missing pieces of the puzzle to get this engine working again showed up today!
Not GS Suzuki cheap by a long stretch at all.
New slightly dented tank, 1,700 mile young (speedo/ tach/ data screen) gauges, Ignition switch (part of the top triple tree),
front master cylinder and reservoir, right hand clip on, brake and clutch levers and missing right front foot peg.
Tomorrow I will be transferring over the internal fuel tank parts (fuel pump and fuel level sender), the top triple tree, master cylinder and foot peg.
Hopefully I have a couple of the missing/destroyed relays for the wire harness or can switch the non-esential lighting relays.

To replace the ignition switch, you replace the top triple tree. Naturally.
It is riveted on...
I will have to do something to repair this broken oil cooler fitting...
After installing the fuel level gauge and fuel pump into the tank,
it is installed along with the right hand clip-on and master cylinder...
After plenty of time chasing wires...

Not pretty but, at least the oil goes through a cooler rather than onto the floor.
No throttle grip control as it was broken in the accident.
Still haven't found the wires for the start button so I jumped the solenoid to start it.
With a throttle position sensor, not terribly sure how much it likes to be over-riden but...

Due to the bike being in such a state, the ECU probably de-charged causing it to loose all of the presets on the map. There is a learning curve to the ECU as far as once it re-sets, you need to go out and ride it... full warm-up/full cool down, 3 times. It will then learn all of the O2 settings and such.
It sounds pretty good other than the low-end studdering, which is normal for a de-tuned ECU.
Do yourself a HUGE favor.
Download TuneECU, and get yourself a OBDII cable. Plug your bike into the computer... you can reset the TPS, modify the fuel maps, download free aftermarket fuel maps, and change your O2, Trims, and IACV (idle air control valve) settings.
Before going crazy... visit Tom Hamburg's website, you can download TuneECU for free, and all the maps...
Follow ALL the directions, and read EVERYTHING. It's pretty tricky to get started... but once you do... it's like second nature.

+1 for all of the above. Make sure the OBDII cable is usb. The old com port models don't work with TuneECU. You MUST install the com/usb driver that Tom has on his site or it won't work.
