On the advice of Philip (Boondocks) I bought a DID 630 o-ring chain from Chaparrals on-line. It cost only $114. The $14 dollars was because I had to pay sales tax since they are located in CA. The chain came in less then 12 hours and I had it installed the next day. I had tried to shop locally for the chain but what a bunch of BS. No one had it in stock and the cheapest price I found was $150.

yep, i have their newest catalogue.They seem to be a great company.

future owner of some year and displacement GS bike,as yet unclaimed and unowned.

I third that. I stumbled on to them when I was looking for carb jets. Good experience.
