Permatex Gasket Remover

My valve cover gasket was stuck to my cylinder head pretty good. I sprayed a little of this gasket remover in a small bowl and brushed it over the stuck portions of the gasket. It did a great job of removing those stuck portions of the gasket. This is good stuff!

I used it on my old base gasket.:shock:
I had a sheetload of old gasket stuck on and it took it off.
Had to use almost the whole can but looked like stock gasket.
Did look like it may remove paint?
if let to sit too long.
