I don't think that is all that much. I watch books and mags on ebay all the time and some of them (jap included) fetch hundreds of $$

Serious collectors can be very stubborn.

As many of us do

I regularly scan ebay and I'm in particular looking for GS1100 parts. So when ever I see a magazine I usually put in a bid ; a little higher if I'm really interested. I dont think I have been out bid with ovre than $30 and I think I saw the same magazine go recently for under $30.
I have not seen any GS1100 mags going for this much.

Yeah, I saw that on Ebay and could hardly believe it. I have the bike.....and I also have the same magazine (in excellent condition!).\\/
