Any update on this situation? That guy needs to refund the money, letting him off the hook just empower him to do this kind of ripoff again.

it doesn't take much to be worth 55 bucks but......
those are 100% trash and not worth the boxing and shipping that was involved.
i sell a few(quite a few) parts and try to give honest descriptions.
the seller should just refund the chump change and clear the air.

The only thing I can do is warn others not to purchase from him, the diaphragm from one is in my bike and staying there.
