Do they work? yes
Are they perfect no, the only complaints I have are, I had to figure out how to install them. They have a some Velcro, that you take a part which goes around the mirror.
And with large heavy gloves it is hard to get to the turn signal switch.
But i used them today, it was about 50* and raining, they kept the rain and wind off my hands.
