    Nelson-Rigg

I've had several Nelson-Rigg products over the years, and have never been disappointed. One of the mounting straps for my saddlebags has become very frayed, to the point that I'm concerned about the structural integrity.

Called up Nelson-Rigg this afternoon to see if they sold replacement straps and was very impressed with the result.

Despite my not having a receipt -
Despite buying them off eBay originally -
Despite the bags themselves being discontinued -

Despite all that, they're sending me two replacement straps for free. They didn't even ask for me to pay shipping.

    Great product, great company.

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.
