    Thanks so much, and alas...Good-Bye

As you can see in the "For Sale" section, I have sold the '80 GS 1100LT that I've had for 3 1/2 years. I got her much better sorted out, but the gentlemen and well-versed mechanic that bought it will take it much further than I ever could have. I just wanted to say this forum is one of the best vehicle-specific forums I've ever subscribed to (I've refurbished some old fiats, and have vintage drums). There is no way I could have worked on my bike as successfully as I did without you all's help (and BikeCliff''s instructional site). So I have a much newer Moto Guzzi GRiSO to learn about now, and am diving into the requisite forums for it now. Again many thanks! (*I will be selling a new-in-the box- stator I had ordered (Rick's?) but never used/needed...so I'll list that today hopefully, in the "For Sale -Parts" section)

Hey Steed, you ain't that far from Norene, bring that Guzzi up here to the General store, we'll have a bologna sandwich, then take a tour around some of our less traffic country roads.

I've been to that General store! (on a cycling event). Seems I've spoken to you in the past somehow, or know another person that has a Suzuki from your area, that I met at a cars n coffee in Franklin one time. I'd love to drive the Guzzi over there. :-)

Yeah, no need to leave. I haven't owned a GS in a while but it's fun to drop in and see what folks are up to and talk motorcycles.
