Is anyone having trouble opening and/or downloading any manuals? I'm getting time out errors with everything I've tried to open or download.

That’s where it should be. There is a check box or radio button in your settings to be able to view signatures. Yours must be turned off. I’ll try to find it to point it out to you. For now, here’s the link. https://gsarchive.bwringer.com
go to the top right of the page and pull down at your username. Go to My Profile, then Edit Settings, then the Account tab. Scroll down till you see this and check the box. Make sure to click the Save Changes button. Then you should be able to see members' signatures.
