Thanks "T", that was a very nice "bring back the memories" thing for me. That "78" blue GS1000 was my 2nd "real" bike, Like his, I also had the "E" seat, lower bars, dual brakes up front (spoked wheels were already drilled and tapped for the other rotor). His had a GS1100 alum. swingarm, they weren't out when I had my "78" but when I had my "79" GS1000S, it did get a GS1100 swingarm and eventually a GS1100 eng.... Thank god for still having many of those memories.

You might have your dots mixed up! I don't think that is Salty Monk's channel! (Don't even know if he has one.) But thats not Dan in those videos.

When I die, just cremate me and put me in my GS tank. That way I can go through these carbs, one more time!

Nope, Dan aka Salty Monk gets a nod for his brake kit.
The Mighty Garage channel is Mike Tyler, a local Vincent/Norton/Triumph guy. Check out his videos, the one 2 years ago, Nortons in the bedroom, features our own 850 Combat with glimpses of me in there.

Yeah I don't run anything up to YouTube to be honest, I'm pretty lazy with a camera. More of a "doer" than a spectator at everything I do....

Anyway if it was my channel none of you guys would have a clue what I was saying...

Cool video Todd. Thanks for sharing.

Finally got around to listening to the blabbing old man.
