    Frames

Looking to purchase the small engine guards for a 83 1100e. Does the 83 750e and the 83 1100e share the same frame? I found set for a 750 and hoping they will fit my 1100. Thanks much

The 83 750E frame is square tubing. The 83 1100E is round tubing. They are very different.

Thanks Rich. Didn’t realize they had already went to square on the 83 750. Appreciate your reply.

You’re welcome. But looking back, I had already given you the same reply in this post.
Does any know if 1983 GS750e case savers will bolt up to a 1983 GS1100e? I can find case savers for a 750 but having a hard time locating a set for my 1100. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you, Rich. There for a while I thought I was experiencing deja vu all over again.

My apologies Rich. You’re correct. I’ve only posted twice an thought my first post was regarding header fitment. Probes I’m not getting any younger!
