I tried for three generations, but came up short. Here is the Turino style;

and the Falcon style.

One of the bands of rain I was trying to avoid while going for the hat trick.

Bonus shots of a 46 Ford at the same lot out in Osteen. Not a Ranchero, just way cool.

Now why didn't you make the tag an old ford...

I know where to find that.

Sweet rod. I thought of doing that, but it was right there with the Ranchfalco. I figured that was cheating getting two tags at one spot. I was still going for the hat trick at the time and actually passed a good tag up on the way. I guess you've see the news reports of Tampa and St. Pete eh. The Navy designed St. Pete so naturally it goes under water.Originally posted by 7981GS View PostNow why didn't you make the tag an old ford...

Lousy drainage down there. We lived there in the mid to late 80s and a heavy down pour would flood some streets in Pinellas Park.

That car is owned by the gentleman that I just got the '86 550ES from the other day.
I take my camera EVERYWHERE!
Speaking of which, anyone have a good source for a kick-starter and starter shaft for a '83 KTM 250?
That gentleman really needs both parts.

Thanks old_skool!
I just got off of the phone with him.
He just traded a 2000 Husky 610 for a Yamaha YZF426 and is busy screwing with it.
These motorcycle nuts are everywhere!
He is only 72 years old, BTW.

I'm sure the 100+ temps aren't helping much. ATGATT is a b___h on days like this. I see too many r-tards out with shorts and tanks with sandals on their bikes. I'm not going to be one of them.
That said I think I may have to do some sweating this weekend because I'm jonesing for a ride.

Just had 3 days of no power after a few tornados ripped through the province, today is the first day without winds and heavy rain.
I'll have to keep an eye out while I am out and about today.
