Certainly seems that way. It reminds me of my 3rd bike, a C200. The PO had put a knobby on the back (IDK why). I sold it to a friend who actually used it as a dirt bike until he bought a real enduro. Seemed silly to me since the leading link front fork had about 1"-1 1/2" of travel, but what do I know.
