Not a 1100E. this is sad. Ruined and now, they want $3900 for a bike to loud to ride on the street.
No seat, no side covers no finders, crappy bars, loud exhaust for an extra $2000.
Ohh, i forgot, no rear pegs. Explains the short exhaust, nothing to mount to.
If this is a GSR member, I'm still not sorry. that sucks.

They look like Marzochi's and they are installed correctly.
