    Someone's been smoking crack. Check out the paint job on the pipes, they didn't even bother to remove them.

                                The motor alone should be worth what he is asking, the rest of the parts go up on ebay and you might even turn a profit on it. If this were near me I'd have to seriously consider taking a look with $400 in my pocket to see what he does.
