    I'm also trying to figure out whether that's a super-cool paint job on the rear fender or just rusty steel.

    I'm leaning toward the rusty steel.

      It takes a heel of a lot of time, effort and skill to get every single spec a different color.

                                I am not a fan of bobbers or choppers but that green one actually looks pretty decent..compared to the 10 grand dog bone.
