    Thanks.
No tripod, cell phone camera set on night. Its generally quick enough to get a clear shot.... and sometimes maddeningly frustrating. And I cant seem to get a goid picture or neon signs....

Since buying the fat bike, I've been riding it more than the GS, though generally not on the same surfaces. Only did 4 miles this morning, but it was a great workout.

Took my wife for her first ride on the V-Strom today. 95 miles in and around our beautiful Sandia Mountains. Fall colors are just starting. We had a great ride.

The road through the village of Placitas ends at an unimproved road that heads to the other side of the mountain, close to the crest. First gear pretty much all the way up. Mostly because it's a narrow road and we got stuck behind cars, one after the other.

Here's a pic looking North, towards Santa Fe.

We had more than 300 people sign up. Someone counted 137 riders in this pic, but I know we lost a more than a few folks before we reached the Capitol.

I missed the DGR... I ended up riding my buddy Jon with his SR650. The VT ride is a disorganized mess...

I put about 150 miles on today combined before and after work. Tomorrow I plan to take the FZ6. I love the motor of my Harley but the tank, pegs, seat and exhuast make it a hard ride...

I took my 850 to the annual Cars and Bikes on Campus event at Washtenaw Community College in Ypsilanti, MI this past Sunday. Not many vintage bikes, but lots of interesting new stuff anyway. Here's a link to my album on Flickr for anyone who'd like to check it out.....
