We've been getting a ton of rain in North Central Texas over the last two weeks. I did not ford it. It was about 1/4 mile from one end to the other with water 1 or more feet deep. Wasn't chancing that but that road wasn't on my route anyway.

Good that you got out for a ride. Nice pics.
I was expecting someone to ask "Why did the fish cross the road?"
Beause the chicken had the day off.

Little cruise into town and down by the lake for sunset.
Was quite busy down there, with it being a nice Sunday afternoon, lots of folks driving around, lots of people at the state park and other parking lots.
I found a place that was under construction that had barricades across the parking lot, but was enough of a gap for a bike to get in.. so had the parking lot to myself.

Took mine for a spin yesterday afternoon. Fairly chilly, but the windshield helps.

We had temps of 40-60 most of the week so I was able to get out on my in-progress bike a couple times.

Coming along nicely! If you haven't already, consider a fork brace to take up the removed front fender's job.
