Mine's a very modified 2016. The fuel injection is definitely nice, and it makes a very good deal of power. Definitely not a garden variety Sporty, I probably have $12,000 in it between purchase and mods; but I'm ready to get a better long haul Harley. I've ridden quite a few 400+ mile days on it. There is something special about them, and I will probably always have one of one sort or another.

Not today, but yesterday! Took a little 110 mile trip up to the Kentucky river lock #3. (Got to ride KY 421 and 22 which are two EXCELLENT roads!)

Went up to Big Ridge State Park....and parked.
Left there and took SR61 East...Lots of switch backs....
Also had a CEL on the new bike, while I was out.

I rode my new-to-me GSX1250FA for a few hours today, a bit up the island and back. What a great bike! Far more relaxing tourer than that 1000GT I had (briefly) last year.

The Abomination is still providing smiles... shortly after this pic was made the muffler fell off in a strip mall parking lot. Curiosity got the best of me and I did a fly by of the "your speed" sign near home. Muffled- 24 mph. Open exhaust- 23mph and with ear splitting noise.

A few more from yesterday....including a bear sighting. Down by the turn arrow...Couldn't get my long lens out fast enough before she and a cub crossed the road...Oh well.
