I've got an 1150 Suzuki on my 1100. Makes a massive difference in the heat. Most of the year, I cover it with black cardboard using black twist ties.
Low tech thermostat.1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red
2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after. -

Does anyone know if any other mods/parts are required when adding an oil cooler to a 650G? l know that the 1100 16v requires the oil filter cover replaced with a later 1150 unit or modified to restrict flow. Does anything need to be done on a 650?82 GSX1100SXZ Katana
