His bike is a 78 750. I dipped and rebuilt them and sent him lots of links such as Bikecliff etc etc. I advised him all i could do was bench sync them and a good final gauge sync was vital. He doesnt have a set and asked if i would make this post in hopes an experienced member would be gracious enough to help him make his bike right. Some shop had his carbs for OVER 7 months..had two broke pilot screws and many other wrongs done to him...and they raped him on costs.

He is a good guy that just wants to FINALLY ride the bike and needs a little help.

If he does not find another option give him my email and if he wants to make the trip I can sync them for him.

If he doesn't trust the local bike shop he might want to give marine mechanic a try, there's a lot of outboards with multi carb engines.
