Is it for sale? Is there a monetary value?

What could you do with a bike like that? Museum is the only thing I can think of. Right next to the still-in-crate CBX.1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

Sounds like Mom is still in control of the bike and won't let her 42 year old son take the bike. The son is the one who posted the bike, it is not for sale. He did make the comment that he thinks it should be ridden.Originally posted by Rob S. View PostIs it for sale? Is there a monetary value?

Not that I have ever been part of that discussion, but I see one picture of a bike from the left-front quarter.
The back-lighting is kinda sketchy, might be inducing a bit of a gold-ish tint.

Are you guys seeing other pictures that I can't? If so, it's probably because I am not part of FarceBook.
