Steve M. Thank you very much for the insight. I did lower the orig. forks to check out the clearance & it was tight plus the air screws would not work. This exh. sticks out from the eng. a fair amount more than stock, therefore the more I lower it the closer the tire is to the exh. besides turning right. If I knew the rake .. of stock verses gsxr & if it is in the triples maybe it would work?Comment

a set of 82/83 1100 clamps will move the wheel away from the header.
you would just have to mount your gauges to the different top clamp.
adds about an inch or more to the W.B.Comment
