New member intro - kid at Christmas vibes

    Hello,
Have been following this site for a good while now, not having a bike so enjoying my chosen pastime vicariously through y'all. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up my new2me '81 GS850G w/ 30K miles (blue) and just enough "patina" to ensure some good solitude in the garage. My name is Mike, I'm 60 going on oohhhh - 37 maybe and feeling like an 8 year old at Christmas right now. Haven't been riding since My deeeevvooorce in 2003 so yeah, I will take it slow and be careful. Live in W. Michigan by the Lake Michigan beach and despise winter here, but the weather decent now and tomorrow will be back up on two wheels -- yeeehaaah! Lookin' forward to becoming part of your enthusiasts community.

When consulting the magic 8 ball for advice, one must first ask it "will your answers be accurate?"
