    Joe in Australia gs1100gk

Hi, I was here years ago... I have recently bought another gke... couldn't help myself, the voices in my head told me to.. honest! Anyway I have been cleaning and quickly polishing and doing a little painting to make it look neater than the attached pic of how I bought it. It had wasp nests under fuel tank, in between the fins and near spark plugs. Ahhh Australia.. we have some lovely fauna! I can hear the old owner speaking to the mechanic, "Can't seem to find that buzzing noise in my bike!"IMG-20151105-02252 - Copy.jpg Ha!

Cheers Redman. Yes it is complete and going. Dirty and road worn. It's done many kilometers!! Also has quite a few stone chips etc and faded paint. But it's all mine!

left new.jpg Bit of paint and polish... and refitting, looking much better. Side covers are off as some-one painted them quickly but not well. I sanded.. and painted primer on them today.

... and quite a good engine clean up you did.
wow, is that really the same stator cover...?

I might have a spare side cover for that bike.
