Hi all, just a quick intro.
My name is Roger and I've recently acquired a 1982(?) GS650E as a project bike. She needs some TLC, but I have some grand plans for her. Looking to go with a scrambler/steampunk theme on it.
I've mainly modded cars over the years, but did do a streetfighter mod to my first bike ( SV650S ). My current bike is a 2009 Triumph ST 1050, but I am really looking forward to getting this GS up and running as I've always had a thing for custom retro/vintage bikes. This will be my first engine rebuild though, so I'm looking forward to picking everybody's brain.
If you happen to live in the GTA, don't be shy and feel free to PM me.

    Welcome aboard, Roger.
Hopefully you have found this part of the site that has most all of the mechanical info you will need for your project.

Thanks for the link, however all I'm seeing is lines of script.

Nevermind. Managed to get it on my smartphone. Didn't like my work PC for some reason.
