Hey everyone, I thought id share my Gs850 I recently purchased! Its an 81. somebody has already attempted to make some sort of cheapo bobber out of it. i plan on changing up the rear to a springer seat and most likley hard tail it or solo spring the rear. I have no idea how many miles are on this bike as i has a new digital cluster on it along with the hid headlight. I was at an event in Austin (Aquafest) back in the early 80s. Lots of motorcycles would pour in. This guy came in on a big Yamaha 4 with one of the head pipes off. You'd hear him start that thing and ride around at all hours of the night. You'd hear "bwop, bwop, bwop" all night. I'm sure that thing isn't still on the road.Comment
