    1979 gs1000l

Hello every one just joined . picked up a 1979 gs1000l going to restore mostly all there got it out of a ladies garage where it had been sitting for 4 years . cleaned the carbs and checked for spark took a few minutes but it fired up. sounds pretty good for a bike been sitting this long. you can tell it is cammed up. has yousimira 4 into one ipe and pods also jet kit in carbs.. working on getting brakes back on it now.

Good luck and be sure to look up Basscliff's website for a treasure trove of great information.
