The brakes callipers I am sure are seized due to the amount of effort it takes to get them to stop the bike however these are all of the things that will keep me busy in my therapy shop this winter.

Just a heads up you can fit twinpot calipers to that bike... there is a link in my sig (I do have brackets on my shelf currently). You can likely secure parts for little more than the cost of rebuild kits I would think and the newer style caliper are still new enough that they arrive in usable condition out of the box in my experience.
