    Looks very nicely done! Not my cup o' tea.........but not my bike.

    Wonder how it would do hill climbing with those tires!

    Probably just needs the knobbies to get in/out of the storage facility to/from the pub. Tastefully done, I think.

      Those tires say "smooth" all day.
      1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red

      2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

        Yep, I think of each of those little knobs as a very soft cushion, absorbing any little imperfection along the way. May be hazardous, so smooth be hard to stay awake while riding.

          I think it's an above average job along the GS bobber/Cafe lines. Better integration of the seat than almost all of them and it's not brown. Tires are a bit much for me but it's not my bike. Probably DOT knobbies. Maybe some Shiko bias ply 90/10 or 80/20 ADV tires instead.
