Not sure who Jerry is (member name?) or if he's active on the forum.

Also, not quite sure what's going on there where the seat meets the tail piece. Sketchy photoshop work?

as, I believe it may be Jerry

Let's see if he chimes in. I am curious about the weird smudges. Otherwise great looking 1100E.

I had a auto upholstery shop install the cover on my "83" 1100E seat, hoping it would be a professional job... Nope, they pulled the rear too tight and it left a gap, kind'f like in this pic, just not as bad.... Pretty nice bike, ain't it? Congrats to Jerry.1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. February ( the 850) - I am curious about that Windjammer. It's not an SS (IV). Is it a 3, or 2? Not the original (1) ?1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red

It's a Mk V - the black headlamp surround poking out of the front gives it away.Originally posted by Rob S. View PostFebruary ( the 850) - I am curious about that Windjammer. It's not an SS (IV). Is it a 3, or 2? Not the original (1) ?Dave

Not sure why that photo turned out like that the weird smudges must be reflections I now have a factory rack so my tail bag is on that.Originally posted by Rich82GS750TZ View PostNot sure who Jerry is (member name?) or if he's active on the forum.
