Very nice looking job. For me a much nicer color than we had over here in "78" I like brighter happier colors way more than our drab dark maroon, drab dark blue, "C" model colors, or the very drab black "EC" models. That's my opinion and aught to be yours1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. ZL600 Eliminator, 1999 Bandit 1200S, 2005 Bandit 1200S, 2000 Kaw. ZRX 1100

Opinions are like armpits. Everybody's got one (and they stink).Originally posted by rphillips View PostVery nice looking job. Of course I agree about the colors. I hate the dark red '82 11E, but love the brighter, more orange-ish '83.1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red

 A Note From The Owner...

I restored her in 2010, I had the same model new in 1978.
I had to design and get the tank stripes cut as nobody made them for the euro model (EC), only the usa E model .
Paint was difficult to get but sourced a suzuki 2 stage paint used on their cars ,100% match
