July Bike of the MonthFritz, that is an absolutely gorgeous bike, well deserving of the BOTM salute!

This has been mentioned several times in the past. No doubt, it seems a little more interesting if the BOTM is from a GSR member, but I like seeing all impressive old GS's... Wondering if it would be helpful or reasonable to somehow flag the BOTM pictures that were, or weren't, from members?... If there was ever a reason a member didn't want anybody to know, they could use somebody else's computer and put it in.1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. I think it's because thegsresources.com website itself seems quite different than the forum. It holds a lot of information just on that site. The BOM is splashed right on the landing page with a button to "Submit Your Bike". There is a vague reference to the wealth of information and the great community of the members that are actively using the forum. Unless you start clicking around and happen to find the "Forum" button at the top, you might not even know it's there. There should be a BETTER description of the usefulness of the forum on the main page.

Also.. Not everybody is looking to join the forum or engage in any discussion. You can find a lot of information without using the forum, or search the forum as a guest to find what you are looking for.

Easy to say, "members only", but how many members have a bike worthy, that hasn't been BOTM already? How many of us "members" are submitting our bikes for consideration?

I know that on the KZ site, finding worth candidates is a big challenge. Open solicitations have gone out, and even PM's to members with worthy bikes. The struggle is real, sometimes.Ed

 To measure is to know.

Well the site could make it easier for people to post their bikes by starting a separate thread titled Bike of the month where people submit their picture and a little blurb about the bike and then the admin can grab from that that would make way more sense, or you could have a voting system by all the members each month like in the picture of the week gameNo signature :(

You have to go the homepage and click on the (Submit your Bike) button under the photo of the current bike of the month. Follow the directions.Originally posted by GarryzorroFor some reason i don't have any bikes showing up on the forum, plus where do you add a photo for bike of the month.
