I have never seen a skunk in person in the US. That must be a rare machine amongst all those Beemers.

The rotors look to be the same as found on '83-'85 700/750 models.

Yes, I think many Suzuki's used these rotors from about 80' on.I want to bolt a pair on my 79 GS1000 to replace the solid rotors.Just like the look and if they perform better,great.
Curious about which calipers he used also.

He says he owned two bikes, the 550L before this one.
I don't think cast aluminum wheels were original on this bike with dual disks as well but it's a great ride. I like the turnsignals. Great visibility, more than the micro lights people use and it cleans up the rear nicely. I might get a set for my two bikes.
