    Dec BOM

Nice looking bike there and it sounds like you put alot of work into it. I'm sure it still rides great.

That was the last year for wire wheels on the GS. What a spectacular bike!

2010 was a strange year for BOM. 5 GS1100E's, 5 GS1000's, a GS850 and GS1100GK. Every other year has a much more diverse group of bikes. I'm guessing the lower displacement bikes just weren't submitting?

Although I don't have as interesting of a story as some of these others, can I put mine up once I get everything fixed up come spring time?

Beautiful bike, some real nice work put into it. Nice to hear the family history with the GS's. Love the blue colour, really punches with the chrome. Well done!

Pure eye candy. I have made a copy of the pic and pinned it to the shop wall as a reminder of how good my restoration might become. Thanks!

I had a 1978 in the burgundy color. Absolutely delicious!! What a great bike.

Your picture brings back very fond memories, indeed.
                          Thank you.
