    Miss January

What a delightful surprise, my bike is Miss January!!! Here is a newer pic. Looking back at the archives, it also appears that my bike is the first ever shaftie voted BOM.

Congrats on your BOM! Can't believe that is right though; there has to have been shafties voted in before.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that knows me, but I just went all the way back, through the 2002 BOM pictures.

Asiafish, sorry to burst your bubble, but your bike is #25 shaftie to have the honor.

      Congrats on getting BOM, though.

I have tried with my wife's bike and not seen it up there yet.

You went through 96 months of BOM's???? that alone is an accomplishment.
But congrats asiafish, the bike looks fantastic.

                Andrew,

                Congrats on being selected BOM.
So you get the bike, and take a picture the next week.

More significant than being a shafty for BOM, is that it is an all original stock bike for BOM.

Yes, the bike looks to be all there, even has the few things that other bikes that appear all original are missing.

I like your more recent photo also, taken on overcast day.

                  Yep. Took about 10 minutes.

Took another two to type the list.

                            Collector plate?

Well, mine has the original blue and yellow CA plate, which is getting very rare these days.
