    I've had a few suggestions now for KitKat which is somewhat appropriate given how it was built so if the name fits...

        Cheers mate! I think Japan is the Kapital after seeing photos from their get togethers... we can't quite compete with that! Possibly a close second though!

          For completeness I now have a mini replica It's not quite right as Tamiya don't do a kit with the '83 onwards wheels and the oil cooler lines don't go to the right location but it'll do.

              Cheers Scott, it's basically a very slightly modified Tamiya kit for the GSX1100S Katana which they call "Custom Tuned". I adjusted some things to somewhat replicate my Kat, can be had for around $AU30 so probably much cheaper in your neck of the woods.
