    My history.

I bought my '81 gs850 in 2020 it was sitting in a shed (barn) for 15 years, much thank to this forum for your help in getting it running again, I've ridden it 20k's. I'm having fun riding it.

I first started riring bike in the 70's, 1st bike XL 175 rod reg bored it to 210 +pipe, then K2 750 honda a month later put a 900 kit in then a 4 into 1 rode it for a couple of years, met a bloke & he sold me a full race head & 3C cam, 13k revs yeh ha. then bought a WLA chopper 14" over forks & a 31 tooth front sprocket, sold the honda ( before it killed me ) & bought a stock WLA with a dusting side car, which I rode around Australia. Now I have the GS850 & a DR600 with a 10 to 1 piston.
