    If you have the ability (time, patience, etc.), you should sue her on principle. While she may not have assets, it's like that she earns a paycheck...that can be garnished and a garnished paycheck could lead to less money for cell phone minutes, drinks at the bar and makeup which could lead to less distractions while driving....

    Just my two cents, but I'm a principle guy as much as practicality permits...and often beyond.
