I'm over 50 so I think I'm eligible for the old age relocation benefits mandated by the new "stimulus package"!!

That is some serious snow !!! I guess one could not live there without a snowblower or a vehicle with a plow......

That bank of snow in the pic is over 7 feet high. I've used a snowblower for the last few years. For many years I had the plow truck, but got tired of pushing snow 70 feet back onto the yard to accomodate accumulating storms and then repairing yard damage in the spring. But the job does go a lot quicker with a plow!

I had 2 for years but sold both before this winter season
Even they get stuck cutting trail in virgin snow deeper than 2 feet in the woods where you can't hold speed....

                  lurch,

We only got 4 inches yesterday. I know, 4 inches too much. I saw the traffic report on Fox 25 on route 3 and they had NO SNOW, NICE! Hope that works its way over here soon.

                  Where are you in NH?

Man there is no way i could live there. My hat is off to ya'll up in the great white north. Suppose to be 87 here on thursday that should make it in the mid 70's after dark just right for me to take a ride.

I would just like to take a moment to remind you all...even Texans...that Texas is a big state. While some of us can ride comfortably year round, it's not until just not that I can ride comfortably...and I'm not even as far north as Texas gets...

Year-round riding in Colorado, bring a light jacket.

This year. Not typical, I think we could use a little bit of the white stuff, only about 6 inches this season at my place. Ray

When I'm not riding my GS in the "warm" weather, I'm skiing in northern VT. We picked 25" of new snow over the last couple of days here in East Burke, VT

I know most of you can't relate, but a big Powder Day skiing is as good as riding my 850 through the back roads in CT.

                            Think Snow!!

Not on the GS this time but did 140 miles (225km) south and west of Denver this morning, Feb. 24, 2009. A beautiful day and a great ride!

                              Happy riding!
