    Missed a deal!

Well, my skunk goes to a new home tomorrow. Sold quickly on CL. No takers here on the forum a few weeks ago at a great price (lower than CL sale)! Had it up to 105mph the other day without it so much as a flinch!
Some last photos and a final ride today.

What are those wires hanging out of the side cover?

I'm guessing it's a quick connect for a trickle charger.

Congrats on the sale. I wish I had had enough funds to make you a decent offer when you posted before.

Yes, those are leads for my charger for the winter months. Saves pulling the airbox out to get at the battery every time I want to keep the battery charged up during the snow.
Did the same with my old GS1100E. I just use my regular charger (low rate setting). If you have pods it's a moot point...just pop the seat up or off to get at the battery.
This is a very nice roadworthy bike for the price I sold it at.

Hope the new owner appreciates it and possibly joins the forums, although with the lack of work needed to ride it he may not visit.
