Last night after 18 hours in the saddle. Notice matted grass. I passed out there in my riding gear and grabbed my sleeping bag in the middle of morning for a blanket.

I just got the credit card statements. Looks like I spent $491 on gas roundtrip (5364). There maybe a few bottles of water and a couple of snacks mixed into that price. Super unleaded or the highest octane available. Gas in Canada isn't cheap. 5 stops in Ontario cost around $75GS\'s since 1982: 55OMZ, 550ES, 750ET, (2) 1100ET\'s, 1100S, 1150ES. Thanks for the tip about not taking the ferry. I enjoyed the scenery through Ontario and played hide and seek games with a speeding SUV, allowing me to eat up the miles quicker to

Yes, the days were long and the sleep at night came easy.
