I took mine in the wintertime, the trooper checked the registration, and checked to see if everything was working on the bike a CM400, and then she told me to go to the corner parking lot and do two figure eights, she said stop if you see people walking in the parking lot. I took the bike to the parking lot, as soon as i got there gusty wind picked up and i could not cut the handlebars to an angle to be able to make the figure eight, so I kept turning in circles until finally the wind slowed down and I did the figure eight using the whole lenght of the parking lot, I saw her laughing and she noded to me by hand to go the her, and gave me copy of the paper saying passed. I figured if you can drive yourself to the rgistry, you can get your license.
