I'm in AL often for work (unfortunately by car), but I've run across many roads travelling between Ft Payne, Gasden, Cullman and over toward Decatur that would have been great rides.

For that matter, head up toward TN and take hwy 56 north of Altamont toward McMinnville. Was nice there the last time I was on it.
