      I lived in the McAllen area for about 12 years up until '04. Between the snowbirds and people from across riding their will keep you on your toes. I used to ride along the Arroyo out of Rio Hondo to get a taste of a few curves.

        We used to do a semi-annual hill country ride. A few of the rides had as many as 30 or so riders, mostly GSR members. I'd ride up from the valley then put in a few hundred miles in the hill country. Riding the Sisters is a must do.
