After the debacle that we have had moving to vBulletin 6.2 I have decided to move the forum over to Xenforo forum software. Xenforo was created by the original developers of vBulletin and very reminiscent of the original vBulletin. In my opinion it is far superior to the current vBulletin in that it is only a forum and a very optimized one at that. It's not a blog and all the other unnecessary stuff that vB has turned into over the years.
As it stands the vBulletin data should be migrated over to Xenforo tomorrow April 14th. Don and I plan on hammering on it for about a week. When we're happy then one more final migration will be performed and we'll go live with it. I'll keep you informed as to how well things are going.
I know some you hate change but unfortunately this is necessary. In theory we shouldn't lose anything but we'll see how that goes.
